Refund policy

Every BUSH DESIGN piece is made by hand, for you. We stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn't right, we want to know — and we want to make it right.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, or signs of wear

To initiate a return, email us at bushdesign.us@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions within 48 hours.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES

Because every piece is made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order. We recommend contacting us first — we can often accommodate sizing adjustments.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or made-to-measure orders
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Archive"
- Gift cards

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us at bushdesign.us@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos — we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations are no longer accepted.
