Shipping policy

Each BUSH DESIGN piece is made-to-order — created by hand, for you, from the moment you place your order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be shipped.

Production: 7–14 business days from order confirmation.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once it leaves the studio.

SHIPPING

We ship nationwide within the United States.

Standard — 3–7 business days — Free
Express — 1–3 business days — $25.00

All shipments include tracking. Standard shipping is always free. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

WHERE WE SHIP

Currently, we ship within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package:

- Check with neighbors and your building manager
- Wait 48 hours — packages sometimes scan as delivered a day early
- Contact us at bushdesign.us@gmail.com if it still hasn't surfaced — we will help

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you need additional security, please select Express shipping (signature required).
